EZ Curl Bar S5

Use different curl grips and skull-crusher positions on the bent shaft, which is designed to lessen wrist and elbow stress.

The bar weighs 20 lbs and measures 47"; it is not rackable in a typical power rack.

Hard chrome protects the shaft and sleeves from corrosion. Medium-depth volcano knurling balances grip and hand comfort, while precision ball bearings provide smooth, consistent sleeve rotation.
