Competition J-Cups K7

An oversized UHMW plastic core cushions bar contact in these sandwich-style J-Cups during heavy reracking.

Internal UHMW plates prevent metal-to-metal contact at the rack. The cups support regular 1-inch Olympic bars through thicker 2-inch specialty bars.

Mount the cups on a 3x3in rack with 5/8-inch holes by sliding each into place and turning it to engage the lock.
