Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar V7

Add varied pull-up, chin-up and muscle-up positions to a rack with the 1.25" multi grips, also usable for bands and gym rings.

Choose a close grip for more inner-lat, mid-back and biceps emphasis or use the wider positions for outer-lat work.

Heavy-duty construction and textured powder coating give the bar a secure, durable gripping surface.
