Iso Arms A4

Lock the dual-hinged jammer arms centrally or at the 15° and 30° settings to use five positions for varied movement paths.

Adjust the handle to an overhand, underhand or neutral hold for presses, pulls, pushes and rotational exercises.

A heavy-duty 3x3-11 gauge steel frame and 1/4" plates provide support; the arms are light enough to adjust and remove conveniently without a complicated trolley.
