Hanging Ab Straps O8

These hanging ab straps provide a cushioned body-weight support point for controlled core exercises.

Use the supported hanging position for exercises targeting the lower back, obliques and upper or lower abdominal area.

The straps attach to a chin-up bar, cable machine or other stable structure for home or gym training.
