An oversized UHMW plastic core cushions bar contact in these sandwich-style J-Cups during heavy reracking.
UHMW lining separates the cup from rack metal, while the support shape accommodates 1-inch Olympic and 2-inch specialty barbells.
They fit 3x3in racks with 5/8-inch holes; slide them onto the rack and rotate to lock.
