Alpha Grips 2.0" G3

Fit the grips to a dumbbell, bar or cable attachment to create a 2" thick-bar gripping surface.

The suggested training level for this size is beginners using thick grips for the first time.

The thicker grip is designed to increase muscle-fibre engagement in the hands, forearms, upper arms and upper body through the irradiation effect, supporting size and strength development.
