Advanced Barbell Pad Z0

Fit the thick barbell pad when additional cushioning is wanted for lunges, squats or hip thrusts.

The padding separates the bar from the neck in squat work and from the hip bones during hip thrusts.

The supporting cushion is intended to improve comfort and help maintain form when lifting heavier loads.
